Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our present moment experience in a non-judgmental way. As we develop mindfulness, we can more easily respond skillfully to our experiences rather than react habitually.
Year Long Course: Connecting with Freedom

Do you want more joy and ease in your life? More health in relation to yourself and your world? In this year long course, we dive deeply into the practices that lead from suffering and struggling to freedom, joy and ease. The course includes twice monthly LIVE online classes, small group practices, weekly readings and reflections, and individual sessions.
