Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to our present moment experience in a non-judgmental way. As we develop mindfulness, we can more easily respond skillfully to our experiences rather than react habitually.
Fall 2023: ONE HOUR Introduction to Mindfulness for Young People
In this one-hour course, you will learn simple mindfulness tools that reduce stress and foster ease, happiness, and compassion. This introductory hour is open to all youth that fall within the age range indicated for each class. Suggested Donation: $10 and everyone is welcome regardless of ability to donate.
Class size is limited to 14. Registration is open until 12 p.m. on the day of the class and a waiting list will be created if it fills early. Please register for your chosen date below.
